Shipping Policy

At Love and Wick Studio, every order is hand-packed with care and attention to ensure your candles arrive safely and beautifully presented.

 

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders, as well as what to expect regarding delivery times and costs.

 

1. Order Processing Times

 

All orders are processed within 2–4 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

During busy periods — such as holidays, seasonal launches, or promotions — dispatch times may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

 

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another when it’s on its way to you.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Services

 

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

 

Shipping is calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

 

Standard Delivery

 

Carrier: Royal Mail, DPD or Evri (depending on parcel size and location)

Delivery Time: 3–5 working days from dispatch

Cost: Calculated at checkout

 

Express Delivery (where available)

 

Delivery Time: 1–2 working days from dispatch

Cost: Calculated at checkout

 

We offer free UK standard delivery on orders over £75.

 

3. Local Delivery or Collection

 

If you are based in Aberdeen or nearby areas, local delivery or collection may be available on request.

Please contact info@loveandwickstudio.com before placing your order to arrange.

 

4. Dispatch and Tracking

 

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number (if applicable).

Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to update once the parcel has been collected by the courier.

 

If you haven’t received your order after the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information first, then contact us if needed.

 

5. Delivery Issues

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order — we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

 

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or uncollected parcel, we can resend it once it’s back in our possession. A redelivery fee may apply.

 

6. Damaged or Missing Parcels

 

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@loveandwickstudio.com, including:

Your order number

Photos of the packaging and the damaged item

 

We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate (see our Refund Policy).

 

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

1. Check with neighbours or household members.

2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation.

3. Contact the courier using your tracking number.

 

If you still can’t locate your parcel after these steps, please email us for support.

 

7. International Shipping

 

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

We hope to offer international delivery in the future — please follow us on social media or sign up to our newsletter for updates.

 

8. Shipping Delays

 

Delays caused by postal strikes, severe weather, or other events beyond our control are rare but may occasionally occur.

We appreciate your patience and understanding if delivery takes slightly longer than expected.

 

9. Lost Parcels

 

If your parcel hasn’t arrived 10 working days after dispatch (for UK deliveries), please contact us.

We’ll liaise with the courier to investigate and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or refund.
